Abdominal Exercises?

Does anyone know of any good exercises that will tone my abs? Preferably standing ones or low impact (I can’t do sit ups/crunches b/c I have a bad back). Thanks!

    get an exercise ball! loads of stuff you can do with those :)

    You can do twist. hold a heavy weight in your hand and twist back and forward. Or side bend you hold a weighti n one hand and dip to that side you have the weight, then switch sides. Those are some if I think of any others, I will e-mail them to you. I hope these work.

    hi diana ,
    i do standing crunches and pull my knees up and twist my waist just to see how close i can get my elbows to my knees and i am getting pretty close i think when they touch ill probably faint from the shock hahahaha
